 The Management of Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company (IBEDC) Plc extends warmest Christmas greetings to all Christians, valued customers, and Nigerians nationwide.

In a statement, the Managing Director, Engr. Francis Agoha, highlighted the significance of the festive season, emphasizing the importance of sacrificial love and kindness. He assured customers that IBEDC has taken measures to ensure network stability and seamless operations throughout the holiday period.

"To cater to our customers' needs during the holidays, we have made adequate preparations to address faults promptly, minimizing disruptions to power supply," Engr. Agoha stated.

He also urged customers to prioritize energy responsibility by avoiding illegal connections, meter tampering, and energy theft. "These practices not only compromise service quality but also hinder our collective progress. We encourage customers to report any suspicious activities immediately."

Furthermore, Engr. Agoha cautioned against tampering with electrical installations, emphasizing the severe safety risks involved. Customers are advised to report faults, energy theft, or other concerns to IBEDC offices or the Customer Care Line: 07001239999.

IBEDC encourages customers to utilize its secure and convenient payment platforms, including the IBEDCPAY app, Quickteller, Payarena, Jumia, Watu, Buypower, IRecharge, and ATMs, to ensure uninterrupted electricity supply during the holidays.

IBEDC offices will be open from 9 am to 3 pm during the holiday period for customers to report faults, make inquiries, pay bills, and access vending services.
