APC Politics: Ogungbangbe in the eyes of Osun East on the party ticket

By ISAAC OLUSESI

The timing is not now, for partisan politics of fiery competition, with other political parties to cause any high-angle fire, blazing heat from the burners of multi-cylinders, to hit the panic bottom with jittery, tension and anxiety, electoral fever pitched. I should come back to this overly dramatis and its metaphors in another piece.
Let's for now look at a man, unassuming in politics but penetratingly a dynamite political pugilist who suffers no fool gladly and a fierce advocate of unbeatable sense of common purpose with the constituents of his Osun East Senatorial District, just as he always does perfectly enormous integration, unification function of making his All Progressive Congress (APC), effectively cohesive, a political party to beat in any future elections to hold in Osun State. How do I mean?

The man is Dr Thomas Olaleye Ogungbangbe Ph.D, FICA, FLEAD, FNIM, GPA. He lives for humanity, less self centered, and he's a peerless, unsurpassed utilitarian, continually, in exceptional pursuits of the greatest good for the greatest number of people, going by his continuously seamless, huge contributions to the politics, programmes and projects of the Osun APC.

Such contributions, as the tax clearance of the party's Osun East Senatorial District 145candidates in the local government council election, due for next month, February, this year, in the state; financial donations to the party's 2023 NASS candidates in the District; and other contributions, numerous, including season's food support, augmented or enlarged daily also by him, get committed objectively, to the total well-being of the party. His contributions, inspiring with his vision for now and future, deservedly take on habitual credentials in everyone's eyes.

And Ogungbangbe, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CITA ENERGIES has always noted with admiration, the tested and strong culture of cohesion, discipline, solidarity and party articulation placed on the shoulders of the party leadership in the state. He commends at all times the leadership's good efforts that guard the party against diving into any utter sheer political suspicion, insensate hostility, unbridled antagonism and incendiary, adding "the leadership's good efforts have provided much incentive basis for the growth and development of the party in the state."

Readings by political pundits place the alacrity of the Ogungbangbe contributions "as practically appealing, attractive and rewarding as the system of the man, an aspirant to the Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, from Osun East Senatorial District," quoting the expert analysis and insights. And the system is highly sustainable by his regime of rectitude, reputation and integrity when he secures the party official endorsement, obtains the party's nomination to become the party's candidate and gets on the ballot for election.

Trust. Prince Ogungbangbe, the scion of the Ajagbusi Ekun Dynasty of Iloko Ijesa in Oriade local government council area of the state, would assume a concept too risky to toy with by the rival Senate candidates of the other political parties in the next calculus of electoral race to the National Assembly (NASS).

And the concept, cumulatively, pointing up his capability to create the forces of powerful allies, perfect preemptive stratagems for realizing the electoral ambition of his APC in the state to win in any of the elections ahead and advance the electoral prosperity of the party, and corporate wealth, good fortune to his Osun East.

The party ticket to Ogungbangbe who's cheerful but fierce and a grand strategist of sound mind and industry as sufficient credentials, would charge his expertise, experience and commitment in the private sector economy on legislations in the NASS upper chamber, and make a lasting impact and drive change in his Osun East Senatorial District, according to the diverse information to me from across Osun East.

And no stone to be left unturned by him, as strategic necessity and strategic sensitivity that pays off in favour of dividends of democracy, overtly cautious, taking reality for appearance, the dividends' type and contents, that never were before, elsewhere, to strengthen the synergy between him and his Ife/Ijesa communities and people.

The synergy to demonstrate his fundamental respect for democracy, social justice, and fairness and also lay high premium doggedly on his Senate representation, and have industrialization generated, investments prompted, commerce strengthened, agriculture revitalized, primary health rejuvenated, roads rehabilitated or constructed, and peace and security rejigged, all in Osun East Senatorial District, in a profuse show of his representation, responsiveness and responsibility in NASS. That's also going to be great, indeed.

After all, greatness is when one does things right.
