IBEDC Reports Vandalism Incident at Ede Substation

Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company (IBEDC) has reported a tragic incident involving attempted vandalism at its Baba Abiye 500KVA substation in Ede. On May 21, 2025, a suspected vandal was electrocuted during the act and later taken to Alpha Hospital. An accomplice was apprehended and taken into police custody.
