As Dr Thomas Olaleye Ogungbangbe edges towards the Osun East Senate ticket of the state All Progressive Congress (APC), his stamina for the ticket lies in a number of factors. He stays physically, mentally and emotionally updated with the trends of the party in the state. And he engages with the party and constituents in Osun East, building solidly meaningful relationships and strategic partnership, profusely, helped by his political experiences of over two decades, and significantly by the positive culture of his business networking, nationally and internationally.
It's conceivable, the Osun APC would profess full support for the Senate ticket to him as his beliefs and values as Senate aspirant align closely with those of the party. We also trust the party is convinced that he has consistently demonstrated loyalty to the party, its principles, leadership, making him a trustworthy candidate for the Senate. And it's the Osun East electorate's delight, to have him as the candidate for Senate.
Meanwhile, the diverse contributions of Ogungbangbe to the growth and development of the Ife/Ijesa APC, its strong leadership teams' strategic planning, increased influence, reputation and credibility, come with implications for the party electoral victory.
To be sure, he would set a high standard of public service as a lawmaker in the Upper Chamber of the National Assembly (NASS). And his selfless dedication, legislative solutions and collaborative efforts with colleague-lawmkers, would make a lasting difference. His focus on legislative initiatives would introduce and support bills, beneficial to Osun East Senatorial District and the state.
In particular, as often, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CITA ENERGIES broaches, discusses straightforwardly, in clear and direct terms, his effective development blueprints, including the immediate needs of his Ife/Ijesa people while building for the future of that axis of the state. And he prepares for feedback.
Olusesi, writing from Lagos, was part of a classified 3-hour summit at a stretch, Thursday, in Lagos, with a strictly select-group of high-tech professionals in the development and finance economy, technology, energy, infrastructure and The Press, Law and Legislation. The summit of expertise subsequently, in series would continue to discuss important issues and make key recommendations on economic development strategies for job creation, infrastructure, and investments, including alternative energy, other public works as social welfare services, for the future betterment of Osun East. The summit, in part, points in the direction of his preparedness to give his Ife/Ijesa people, effective representation.
The summit blueprint is a spin-off of Ogungbangbe's extensive leadership expertise, proven ability for strategic planning and management, and effective collaboration with the professional stakeholders; and the party stakeholders to study the blueprint contents and allocate to constituencies, local government council areas, wards, by needs assessment. And for that, in Osun East, he would remain distinguished, already illustrious, famous and esteemed. And in truth, he's prominent, influential and acclaimed. His life and living are dedicated to a mindset, higher purpose driven and tailored to giving back, with ripples of kindness and generosity.
The proven history of his business and achievements is the example that fosters social responsibility and trust with diverse stakeholders. It's that propensity for effective collaborative efforts that has gotten integrated into his politics, party, Senate ambition, continually enhancing the well-being and happiness of others - communities, individuals, bodies corporate. And he does that with greater sense of purpose and fulfillment, raising the ante of confidence and self esteem in people and cause improved shift in social cohesion and social justice
