Dr Thomas Ogungbangbe has described the appointment of Dr Danjuma Adamu Ismaila as Rector of Nigerian College of Aviation Technology (NCAT), Zaria, as an eloquent indication that the air transportation management, transport economic policy and aviation security expert has professionalized his trade along its systemic and theoretical framework, and to the widest acknowledgement of the nation's leadership.
Reacting to the appointment made by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CITA ENERGIES commended Mr President on his consistent ability to put the right persons in the right offices, noticeable in the successive recruitments of people into appointive positions.
According to Ogungbangbe, the president as a consummate progressive of the radical stuff and expert reader of professional dynamics, had fished out the NCAT new head and chief executive, with a strong foundation and extensive experience in aviation security, threats and risks management, and in the development and implementation of policy instruments, analysis and evaluation, and infrastructure investment as fundamental economic tools of aviation transport.
"Beyond all of that, the significant teaching and research experience of the NCAT new Rector, in _aviationtech_ and his adaptability to changing advances in technology, data-driven decision-making, other shifts in the aviation industry, with the commitment of his strategic thinking, leadership, communication and inter-personal skills to the management of multiple projects and engagement with key stakeholders, will shape the future of aviation technology education, research and practice. And the college, under his technical expertise will turn out well rounded, skilled graduates," said, Dr Ogungbangbe, Chairman, Aviation Fuel Marketers Association of Nigeria (AFMAN).
He wishes Danjuma all the best in his new position.
