Chief Shuaib Oyedokun at 90, altruistic - Ogungbangbe

Dr Thomas Ogungbangbe, a stalwart of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Osun State and Chairman, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CITA ENERGIES, has applauded the significant birth milestone at 90, in the life and times of Chief Shuaib Oyedokun, described as a distinguished political leader and elder statesman, truly altruistic, and recognized for his outstanding life and achievements.

Chief Oyedokun is a respected leader of APC and former Deputy National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Ogungbangbe felicitated _the birthday nonagenarian,_ and noted his many esteemed aptitudes as the potent moral angle to the all-resourceful, forthright and enduring leadership of every vital public office or role, for the continued sociopolitical and economic prosperity of the nation.

"That's Baba Oyedokun in public life, and in every other sphere, he has always addressed self to the crucial issue of leadership quality and reportedly rendered humble and selflessly dedicated public service to humanity, not predicated on any material consideration, transient pleasures and privileges attached," according to Ogungbangbe, the party chieftain from Osun East Senatorial District of the state.

The capacity of Chief Oyedokun to bring people together, navigate complex relationships and forge unity of purpose is legendary that demonstrates his exceptional leadership skills and experiences in the complexities of politics and human nature, and "he's found to be honest, frank, direct, blunt and precise, that also always quickens his conscious and meticulous efforts with a sense of balance in the continued processes of reintegration and reconciliation in our party, as his actions and conduct portray him.

"And he remains humble and more dedicated to the party in the state, and his legacy continues to inspire the leaders of the party," Ogungbangbe said.

He added, "I was in Inisha, his country home to celebrate the 2025 new year season with him, and my intuition, without deliberate thought hinted me that Baba must be one who's ever prepared to identify with the needs and aspirations of people, bridging divisions, fosters unity, and emerges more stronger, more capable and more confident. His kind of courage, confidence and conscientiousness, in achieving his noble ideals, has always earned him respect and admiration for his considerably meaningful impact on lives, communities and nation."

The scion of the Ajagbusi Ekun Royal Dynasty of Iloko Ijesa in Oriade local government council area of Osun prays through renewed strength and greater happiness for Chief Shuaib Oyedokun as the veteran politician marks his born day.
