NASFAT Osun Zone to Host 2025 Lailatul-Qadr Programme in Ikire

The Nasrul-Lahi-L-Fatih Society (NASFAT) Osun Zone has announced plans to host the 2025 Lailatul-Qadr programme in Ikire, Osun State. The event, scheduled to hold on Friday, March 28, 2025, from 10 PM till dawn at Ayedaade Grammar School, Ikire, promises to be a night of intense prayers, spiritual reflection, and enlightenment.

According to a statement by the Zonal Chairman, Alhaji Engr. Olaniyi Yisa Gbadebo, NASFAT Osun Zone invites all Muslims and members of the public to participate in this significant night of worship and divine blessings.

The event will feature a special lecture by Shaykh Maruf Olawale Isola (Ph.D.), who serves as the Naibul-Imam of Osogbo and Chairman of the Osun State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board. His lecture is expected to provide deep insights into the significance of Lailatul-Qadr and its impact on the spiritual lives of believers.

Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji will host the event, with Alhaji AbdulGaniyu Oladimeji Oyeladun as the Co-Host. Dignitaries expected to attend include Alhaji Arimiyahu Akinromade (Chairman of the Day) and Alhaja Wumi Adelekan (Chairperson of the Day).

The Special guest of honour at the event will be Alhaji Senator Kamardeen Lere Oyewumi, the Deputy Minority Leader of the Nigerian Senate. Respected traditional rulers, including His Royal Majesty, Oba Olatunde Falabi (Lambeloye III), the Akire of Ikireland, will also attend.

The NASFAT Osun Zone Missioner, Dr. K.K. Busari, will lead other Missioners and members across the state in supplications. The Chief Imam of Ikireland, Alhaji Muslim Oladimeji Oladiran, is the spiritual father of the day.

Lailatul-Qadr, also known as the "Night of Majesty", is a sacred night in Islam worth more than a thousand months. NASFAT Osun Zone promises to create an atmosphere of spiritual connection and divine mercy for all participants.

The programme is expected to attract a large congregation of worshippers from different parts of the state and beyond.
