Ogungbangbe Celebrates Akinola On Appointment, Recognizes President's Policy Thrust, South West As Vital To Nation's Economy

Dr Thomas Olaleye Ogungbangbe has said that the systemization of the appointment of politicians into positions and offices aligns with the government of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's agenda setting dynamics.
The All Progressive Congress (APC) chieftain from Osun East Senatorial District of the state stated this on the appointment of Dr Charles Akindiji Akinola as the Managing Director of the South West Development Commission, SWDC, by the President of Nigeria, enthusing that the President's approach to political appointments, balancing caution with decisive action, reflects his continual and careful commitment to building public confidence in governance and administration through exemplary performances by political appointees.
Ogungbangbe opined that any improved economic performances in the economy of the South West Nigeria would give pivotal direction to the nation's economy.
The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CITA said, the appointment of Dr Akinola has explicit trust in the high integrity, transparent dedication and serious commitment of the appointee to cause a regenerative orientation that would guarantee virile and productive economy in the South West to actualize the federal government's policy thrust to sustain the development of the Southwest region.
Continuing Ogungbangbe PhD, who's the Chairman of Aviation Fuel Marketers Association of Nigeria (AFMAN) said "the South West region is reputed for its empirical and verifiable attributes of economic development to steer the nation's economy towards growth and stability.
"Dr Akinola, a former Chief of Staff in the Osun State government of Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola, the current Honourable Minister of Marine Blue Economy, has rich work experiences and he's exceptionally hardworking, optimally productive. He also has a knack for responsibility, exhibiting acumen and sincerity, just as he made a remarkably positive impact that viewed the then Osun challenges from all sides, co-provided solutions to every challenge with salutary effect, and had the Oyetola government masses centric.
"The newly appointed SWDC Managing Director possesses in abundance, managerial ingenuity and commitment, with grim determination to harness rational and orderly decisions on developments in the Osun West region.
