OLORUNDA WARD 3 ABUZZ AS OLAWALE OLADOSU THROWS HAT INTO THE RING FOR HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY SEAT

 In a move that has generated significant interest and excitement among residents, Olawale Oladosu has declared his intention to run for the House of Assembly seat representing Olorunda Local Government in 2027.

According to sources close to the aspirant, Oladosu's decision to throw his hat into the ring is driven by his deep love and commitment to the people of Olorunda, whom he believes have been poorly represented in the legislative arm of government in recent years.

"I believe it's time for our ward to have a voice in the House of Assembly," Oladosu stated. "The absence of effective representation has hindered the area's development and progress, and I'm determined to change this narrative."

Notably, Oladosu hails from Ward 3, a ward that has never produced a House of Assembly member. This factor, he said, motivated him to step forward and offer himself as a candidate.

The aspirant also commended the efforts of the Osun State Governor in improving infrastructure and healthcare across the state, noting that he aims to complement these initiatives at the legislative level.

The acting Chairman of Ward 3, Alhaji Ganiyu Egbeniyi, has thrown his weight behind Oladosu's aspiration. "We've supported other wards in Olorunda; now it's our turn," he said confidently.

While the outcome of the election is still uncertain, Egbedeniyi expressed optimism that other wards will rally behind a candidate from Ward 3.

Oladosu's declaration has generated excitement and interest among residents of Olorunda Ward 3, who are eager to see their ward represented in the House of Assembly.
