Senate Selection: Ogungbangbe On Consultation With Ijesa South

The All Progressive Congress (APC) leadership has said that the many investments of Dr Thomas Olaleye Ogungbangbe in the party have brought significant improvements to the party, a positive factor, impacting the dynamics of the party, and expectedly, in sequence, electoral success for the party.
The party leadership in Ijesa South Federal Constituency, Osun State gave the indication in Ilesa, with Prince Ogungbangbe PhD, on consultation meeting with the leaders of the party. He unearthed his ambition to contest election into the Senate, the upper chamber of National Assembly (NASS).
Responding, Ogungbangbe, chieftain of APC from Osun East Senatorial District of the state said, asking rhetorics, "what's the impact of a legislator who merely warms the bench and only takes salary? The question, meaning -making to him, and he stated, "the constituents' needs and concerns are not being addressed by the legislators."
The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CITA ENERGIES added that "it's lack of engagement or active participation, a disservice to constituents whose interests are not being effectively represented." He avowed greater accountability to Osun East.
The constituency principal leader of APC and chief host, Honourable Chief Kunle Odeyemi had earlier noted that Ogungbangbe, the Chairman of Aviation Fuel Marketers Association of Nigeria (AFMAN) has independent resources and demonstrative loyalty to the party; and that, he's dedicated to the party, communities and groups outside there, continually increasing respect and support for the party, and influence electoral prospects.
The zenith leader of the party in Ijesa South posited, "Ogungbangbe's lack of emotional burden would enable him to focus on representation duties, make informed decisions and accountable to our constituency and broadly, Ife/Ijesa Federal Constituency."
The party state officials, other leaders, many and jolly good fellows, men and women, on behalf of the party in respective local government council areas, spoke highly of *OGUNGBANGBE SENATE'27,* the _August_ guest in the month of May.
In a goodwill message, Prince Wale Adedoyin, former parliamentarian of Osun State House of Assembly and Commissioner in the state, also in attendance, lauded the sky high qualities and achievements of Ogungbangbe, the scion of the Ajagbusi Ekun Owaloko Royal Dynasty of Iloko-Ijesa in Oriade local government council area of the state, saying, "Prince Ogungbangbe, your curriculum vitae is impressive."
The *OGUNGBANGBE SENATE'27* consultation meeting got the nod of the leaders of APC from Ilesa West, Ilesa East, Atakumosa West, and Atakumosa East, the four local government council areas, constituting Ijesa South.
